Guidelines of Teachers’ Future Educational Management for Primary and Secondary Schools in China

Abstract


The continuous deepening of China's education reform and the establishment of a team of high-quality teachers have become a common concern in the current education circle, and its importance and necessity have become prominent. The establishment of high quality teachers is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of education. With the comprehensive promotion of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers, the management of continuing education has become more and more complicated and heavy, so a scientific and effective future educational management mode is needed to undertake this important historical task. By studying the management model of teachers' continuing education in primary and secondary schools, this paper aims to better carry out the management of teachers' future education in primary and secondary schools and better serve the basic education of our country.
