GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING HYFLEX LEARNING SERVICES FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

Abstract


This research aimed to study online learning behaviors, opinions on teaching and learning in online and online learning problems for Doctor of Philosophy Program in Innovation Management. They consisted of 26 students using by questionnaires as a research instrument. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results revealed that most students used their smartphones connecting to home’s WIFI to study online. The program that students used to study was Zoom Cloud Meetings, where students practiced online learning behaviors with responsibility and overall consistency at a high level (π‘₯Μ… = 3.90). The behavior that the students showed the most was attending online classrooms on a regular schedule set by the university (π‘₯Μ… = 4.30). Students have positive views on online teaching. Overall, at a high-level (π‘₯Μ… = 3.78), the opinion with the highest mean was that the students had the freedom to learn according to their interests fully (π‘₯Μ… = 4.05). The overall problem was moderate (π‘₯Μ… = 3.21), with the highest mean of environmental problems (π‘₯Μ… = 3.27), followed by personal problems (π‘₯Μ… = 3.26), learning support problems (π‘₯Μ… = 3.18), and learning problems (π‘₯Μ… = 3.14), respectively. Most students want Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to reduce their tuition fees to alleviate the burden of students.
