GOOD GUIDELINES FOR BECOMING A DIGITAL UNIVERSITY OF UDON THANI PROVINCIAL EDUCATION CENTER, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract


In an era where digital technology plays a crucial role in economic, social, and educational development, San Sandra Rajasthan University, Upon Than Educational Center, recognizes the need to systematically transform its operations into a "digital university." This aims to enhance the quality of education, organizational management, and the efficiency of academic services to the community. This study aims to (1) analyze the readiness of the educational center's infrastructure, technology, personnel, and data management; (2) identify appropriate approaches to transforming the organization into a digital university; and(3) propose a practical and sustainable transformation model.The study methodology included a document review, in-depth interviews with administrators and personnel, and field observations. And a brainstorming meeting (Focus Group) to analyze the obtained data in terms of content. The study results found that the path to success in developing into a digital university should focus on 5 important dimensions:(1) Digital Infrastructure - organizing an efficient network system and cloud technology(2) Digital Literacy - continuously developing digital skills of personnel and students(3) Digital Governance - data management and decision-making systems on databases (Data-driven Management) (4) Digital Service & Learning Innovation - developing educational service systems and digital learning innovations and (5) Digital Culture & Sustainability - creating a digital organizational culture that emphasizes collaborative learning and sustainability.
