DIGITAL TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENHANCING LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The Routine to Research (R2R) study titled “Digital Tools and Technologies for Enhancing Learning and Knowledge Management within the Organization” aimed to examine the use of digital tools and technologies in promoting staff learning and to develop effective and sustainable approaches to organizational knowledge management. The research employed an action research methodology, collecting data from 25 personnel at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, through workshops, interviews, and questionnaires. The findings revealed that all participants (100%) demonstrated a significant increase in their knowledge and skills in using digital technologies after participating in the activities. The most commonly utilized tools in routine operations included e-Office for documentation and internal communication, Google Forms for data collection and evaluation, and Canva for creating promotional and learning materials. Moreover, the project led to the establishment of an internal online knowledge management system that facilitates the systematic collection, sharing, and exchange of knowledge among staff. Based on the study results, the researcher proposed further development strategies such as continuous digital skill training, the creation of internal learning resources, and the promotion of a learning organization culture. These measures aim to empower staff to effectively apply digital technologies in their work and organizational knowledge management processes.
