FACTORS INFLUENCING ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY CASE STUDY: COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES IN PHIBUNRAK DISTRICT UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract


The research on factors Influencing organizational management efficiency Case Study: Community enterprises in Phibun Rak District Udon Thani Province. The study objectives are are (1) study ways to develop member participation, (2) examine management guidelines of community enterprise members, and (3) explore development guidelines for tools to drive operations. The study used questionnaires as research tools, and data were analyzed using mean statistics. Research tools include questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data are averages. The research results revealed that among 400 demographic respondents, the majority 225 were female, aged between 41 and 50, had an education below a bachelor's degree, and had an average monthly income of less than 15,000 baht. Number of years of being a member of the community enterprise: 1-5 years, being a basic community enterprise, receiving information about the enterprise less than once, and operating a product manufacturing business. The results revealed that participation in community enterprise operations and decision-making was related to management efficiency. Key factors influencing organizational management efficiency included planning, organizational management, personnel allocation, administration, supervision, and control. Demographic variables such as gender, age, education, income, years of membership, and enterprise type also affected management efficiency to varying degrees. Overall, the study emphasized that improving management practices and member participation can enhance the operational efficiency of community enterprises in Phibun Rak District.
