Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine student satisfaction with the quality of online teaching and learning management at the Udonthani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The study focused on four key dimensions: (1) instructors, (2) teaching and learning management, (3) supporting factors, and (4) assessment and evaluation. It also compared satisfaction levels based on demographic variables such as gender, year of study, and academic field. The population consisted of all undergraduate students at the center, with 276 respondents selected through stratified sampling to represent different faculties and study years. A structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale served as the main instrument, with a reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s alpha) of 0.94. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and inferential statistics to test group differences at a 0.05 significance level. Results indicated that students reported a high overall level of satisfaction with online teaching and learning management. Among the four dimensions, the highest satisfaction was found for the curriculum, followed by teaching and learning management, assessment and evaluation, and instructors, while supporting factors were rated at a moderate level. Comparative analysis revealed no statistically significant differences in satisfaction when classified by gender, year of study, faculty, or cumulative GPA.
